Am I able to substiute plain flour with Gluten Free flour in the recipes please? I need Gluten Free for a very young friend and I am sure his Nanna would have fun making them with him. I am taking your book over to NZ with me next week to show all my rels. Might just make a copy of your book to those who cook as my parting gift before I come back.
