Fruit Cake Recipe
A lovely Lady from my Home Town gave me this recipe and I would like to share it with my Vegan Friends
Fruit Cake
Baking time 2.5 hours
Ingredients
1 kg of dryed mixed Fruit
600 ml of unsweetened Applejuice or similar
2 cups of selfraising flour
Method
soak fruit mix overnight in juice
add flour to it and combine gently
line a baking form /tin with foil and slightly grease
with soy margarine or oil
fill cake batter into baking form
and bake for 2.5 hours on 125 degrees
about 255 fahrenheit
if cake tester comes out clean remove from oven and let cool.

You can place glazed Cherries and blanched Almonds on top of your Cake
