1/2 cup rice bran oil
1 cup organic raw sugar

1 tsp bi carb soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

and combine,<br />
sift flour and cinnamon into the bowl<br />
dissolve bi carb soda in 2 tbsp luke warm water<br />
add to mixture and fold under.<br />
Grease a cake tin and pour cake mixture into the cake tin<br />
bake for 40-45 minutes if cake tester comes out clean<br />
remove from oven,<br />
turn over onto a cake wire and let cool.<br />
Dust with icing sugar or<br />
melt 100g sweet willliam vegan chocolate<br />
with 5 g copha over a double boiler and<br />
pour over cake<br />
In this recipe I used a mini gugelhupf tray it makes 8 small cakes<br />
baking time approximately 30 minutes  </p>

fill cake batter into baking form<br />
and bake for 2.5 hours on 125 degrees<br />
about 255 fahrenheit<br />
if cake tester comes out clean remove from oven and let cool.<br />

<p>Turkish Mocha Truffles<br />
Ingredients<br />
125 g dark vegan chocolate [50% cocoa]<br />
250 g pure icing sugar<br />
125 g coconut shortening<br />
3 tbsp soyatoo [see suppliers source in the e-book]<br />
1 tsp instant coffee<br />
15 ml hot water<br />
To cover the Truffles<br />
Vegan chocolate sprinkles [see suppliers source in the e-book]<br />
Method<br />
Gently melt the coconut shortening in a small saucepan.[set aside]<br />
Finely grate chocolate into a medium size bowl and mix with the icing sugar,<br />
pour in the soyatoo.<br />
Dissolve coffee with hot water and add to the mixture.<br />
Drizzle in the coconut shortening and beat with cake mixer for<br />
1/2 minute.<br />
Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes or until solid.<br />
Use 1 tsp of mixture for each Truffle<br />
roll mixture into balls with your hands and cover them with chocolate sprinkles.<br />
Place onto a plate covered with aluminium foil or place each Truffle into a paper pan [see photo]<br />
and refrigerate.<br />

They were standing on their feet, rubbing their hands together, shouting excitedly&#8230;. &#8220;Let&#8217;s Try It!&#8221;</p>
<p>So we took out the cake tin and would you believe it &#8211; the whole cake was gone in a matter of minutes &#8211; not a crumb left!</p>
<p>Whilst this is good news for you&#8230;.. we are devastated&#8230;.. what on earth am I going to eat tomorrow afternoon with my cup of tea?<br />
