Vegan Gluten free Pear Flan
I used the Pear Flan recipe from the e-book
and just replaced the Flour with Gluten free Flour and Gluten free Chocolate Custard Powder.
The Cake Glaze is Gluten free.

Preheat oven to 160 deg C [fanforced]
180deg C [conventional]
Ingredients
1/4 cup of water plus 2tbsp water extra
2 large ripe bananas
1/2 cup rice bran oil
1 cup organic raw sugar
1 1/4 cup gluten free plain flour [I used "HAS NO"]
1 tsp bi carb soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of salt
Method
mash bananas into a medium size bowl
and water, sugar, oil [...]
as I bake this cake a lot the Flour is not always the same
if you find that your base pastry is too dry add 20-25 ml of water or soy milk to the mixture
The pastry it’s suppose to be smooth not too wet or too dry
Please note we lost the “g”
in the Icing recipe
5 g of dark cocoa powder

Pour water,soy milk and oil into a Saucepan………….
Ignore the line ” Let the soy milk drizzle into the mixture and combine well”
