I used the Pear Flan recipe from the e-book and just replaced the Flour with Gluten free Flour and Gluten free Chocolate Custard Powder. The Cake Glaze is Gluten free. Enjoy! (PS sorry for the “blue” looking image!)

as I bake this cake a lot the Flour is not always the same if you find that your base pastry is too dry add 20-25 ml of water or soy milk to the mixture The pastry it’s suppose to be smooth not too wet or too dry
