Vegan Gluten free Pear Flan

I used the Pear Flan recipe from the e-book
and just replaced the Flour with Gluten free Flour and Gluten free Chocolate Custard Powder.
The Cake Glaze is Gluten free.

Vegan Gluten free Banana Cake

Preheat oven to 160 deg C [fanforced]
180deg C [conventional]
Ingredients
1/4 cup of water plus 2tbsp water extra
2 large ripe bananas
1/2 cup rice bran oil
1 cup organic raw sugar
1 1/4 cup gluten free plain flour [I used "HAS NO"]
1 tsp bi carb soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
